Conventional Exposure

Conventional cell culture typically involves exposure of cells and tissues using test materials that are solubilized in culture medium, buffer, or aqueous solution. Test materials must be aqueous soluble and can be delivered cost-effectively to submerged cultures, at the apical and basal compartments (ALI cultures) or in the dynamic organ roller cultures (hPCLS).
