June 30, 2017Registration is now open for the 6th annual ASCCT meeting. The meeting will be held Sept. 21-22 at IIVS in Gaithersburg, MD. The meeting will focus on two key areas: replacing in vivo tests for acute systemic toxicity endpoints and LSCA implementation to reduce and replace animal testing. Abstracts are now being accepted. June 30, 2017The PETA International Science Consortium (PISC) awarded four VITROCELL in vitro exposure systems to researchers from institutions in the UK, US, and Belgium who are leading the development of non-animal methods to test the toxicity of airborne substances.
IIVS is grateful to PISC for donating the VITROCELL System for use in its new respiratory toxicology laboratory.
